Famed for it’s glamorous restaurant, The Lone Star Boutique Hotel & Restaurant is set on a white sand beach on Barbados’s platinum west coast. This little gem of a hotel is home to just seven rooms, suites and penthouses housed in two wings on each side of the restaurant, each named after renowned American cars to reflect the hotels heritage as one of the first garages on the island in the 1950’s
